Shell, Rainhill opening hours

Review from Cylex

Today I was reposting petrol in my company car and I went to pay with my company fuel card and the Point Of Sales was not working and they did not inform me before. I did not have cash and another customer got the same problem and he only said to the lady "I am a neighbor, I'll come back later", and the lady who was there said: it ok. I tried to explain the same because I was with my child in the car, and she answer me no because I accepted 2 already. I explained to her I live next to the Whiston Hospital and them she said no again. I ask to her why he has this choice and ther is not the same choice for me? She said I´ll call the police, I said what? ok call the police then, Everyone got very nervous, and I decide get money for my personal account and paid because my child was outside waiting for me. The customer service is very bad and to be honest very disappointed. I feel it was discrimination because I am foreigner. I am not going to come back again, ever.
