Shocking!

Shocking customer service, they told me they were waiting for me to chase the order to tell me it was out of stock! And then had the cheek to advise it would take 'a few days' before this could be done! In fairness they did call me once but did not leave a message so I had no idea who the random number belonged to. No common sense to email me.Frustrating as could so easily have been sorted immediately rather than massive inconvenience.Never Again!!!!

Triads, hands down the worst customer service ever!

Hands down the worst customer service ever! I purchased a pair of Grenson Brogues from Triads and got a used pair of shoes that were miss shaped and scuffed. I complained and returned the shoes, only to have them sent back to me saying they don’t refund worn shoes (you sent them to me worn though? That’s why I sent them back to you!). This company is atrocious, crap products and customer service, avoid them like the plague.
